EXERCISES AND TIPS:
1. Use the navel to define the vertical start location of the bottom two abs. Then, place a line between the bottom of the ribs and the navel. This line defines the top four abs, then the last two abs or at the bottom of the ribs, just under the pecs.
2. Use the direction of the pecs and the hips to find rotation moments that create torque.
3. From the front view, the side of the body that bends is determined by the side where the obliques contract.
