This chapter from the new "Force' books focuses on the Front View of the Pelvis, TFL and Glutes

 

 

 Here are some notes that I made from the chapter:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EXERCISES AND TIPS:

 

1. Start drawing the pelvis as simple forms. Then, draw it in different perspectives.

 

2. Use the pelvis to create the front, side, and rear views of the figure. 3. Use the natural centre of the pubic bone to align it with the navel, and see if there is any rotation in the figure.

 

4. Learn how the pelvis is the connector of the muscles of the torso and the upper leg.
