Continuing with the new "Force' books focuses on the Side view of the Pelvis, TFL and Glutes.
Here are some of my notes from the chapter:
EXERCISES AND TIPS:
1. Use the hip joint and its center, the greater trochanter as a touchstone for understanding the anatomy of the hip in the side view. Think of it as the shoulder, ball-and-socket joint of the leg. From that joint, the muscles extend outward like sun rays.
2. The TFL transcends down into the iliotibial tract on the side of the leg.
3. Use the arc of the iliac crest to define the seam between the obliques and the glutes.
