Life Drawing: Back: Pelvis TFL & Glutes

In the last section of the new  "Force' books the author focuses on the Back view of the Pelvis, TFL and Glutes.

 

 

Here are some of my notes from the chapter:

 

 

 

 

 

 

EXERCISES AND TIPS:

 

1. Make sure that the spine aligns with the center of the rear end.

 

2. On women, use the sacral dimples to further the clarity of the form of the lower back.

 

3. The bottom of the glutes sweeps around to the center of the side of the leg.
