EXERCISES AND TIPS :

 

1. Use the front edge of the TFL to cut down the center of the leg.

 

2. Practice seeing the different ways that FORCE can travel through the knee.

 

3. Do NOT create symmetry in the upper leg in this view. The curve of the hamstring or the rear muscles of the leg is shorter than the quadriceps of the front.
